In order for your product to be delivered the same week that it is ordered, you must submit your order no sooner than 12am the day BEFORE your Service Provider is scheduled to visit. For example:

  • If your Service Provider normally visits on Thursdays, it would be best to submit your order no later than 11:59pm TUESDAY.
  • If your Service Provider visits on Mondays, please have your order in no later than 11:59pm THURSDAY (the week before, as we are not open on weekends).

Yes. Depending on the time and size of your order, we can ship it to you the very next day. If you are in urgent need of an order, please send us an email after you place the order letting us know when you need it and we will make the arrangements to send it to you. NOTE: Next day delivery cut-off time: 10:00am EST.

Not a problem. Sometimes those things happen. If you notice that you have the wrong products on your order, simply respond to the order confirmation email, or give us a call 336-879-5945, letting us know of the issue. We will make sure the correct part gets delivered to you, and the correct credits/difference to your account balance will reflect on your next invoice.
